About Notice

You are cordially invited for the Second Annual General Meeting of the “Group of Engineers Alumni Society 89” will be held on Saturday 09th September, 2023 at 6.30 p.m. Sharp at “Sathya Resort”, Tuticorin. The meeting is being called as per Clause VII of Schedule B of Memorandum of Association. The meeting will be on ‘Hybrid’ basis and members preferring to join “Online” shall be shared the Link. The meeting if found of insufficient quorum, shall be called again after 30 minutes.

• 6.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. Annual General Meeting (AGM). (For Members only)
• 7.30 p.m. Onwards Interaction & Celebrations by families.
• 8.30 p.m. Onwards DINNER

• President’s Welcome Address.
• To read and adopt the Secretary’s Report.
• To read and pass the Report on Accounts.
• New members to be added from 89 Batch.
• Funds and Income generation and activities and programme for the year 2022-23.
• Privileges of members.
• Any other point raised by any member with the consent of the Chair.
