Hey There, How’s it going, awesome alumni foundation members? I am sure, all of you are enjoying the rich heritage of Tamilnadu while participating in the second annual meeting of the foundation.
I absolutely thrilled to have you on board for this noble cause, and I wanted to extend the warmest welcome. Seriously, you folks rock! Your dedication to helping out our fellow alumni who might be going through a tough patch is simply heartwarming. Being part of this foundation makes you the real MVPs of our alumni gang. Your commitment to making our alumni community stronger and more supportive is totally inspiring. Together, we can strive to support those who could use a helping hand. But it’s not just about money; it’s about creating hope, providing a boost, and reminding everyone that they’re not alone in this journey. Your efforts are like a shot of positivity straight to the heart of our alumni network.
In the spirit of togetherness and making things happen, I am looking forward to working alongside you. Though I could not attend any of the AGMs, I commit to finding time when I visit India to meet as many of you as possible. And if any of you or your children happen to come to America for study or a visit, I am always available to provide any information and guidance. Together, we’ll make sure our fellow alumni have the support they need to thrive and connect. Whether you’re giving a lot or a little, every bit counts and can change someone’s life. Your kindness and generosity are the driving force that will take us to new heights of impact and community service.
I would like to make a suggestion for the AGMs that will follow. It is great to conduct the official business, have a great party or two to celebrate our friendship, travel with families and make them part of our bond. However, in addition to that let us commit half a day during the AGM day to volunteer at a local charity in or near the AGM venue. Many charities and social service organizations are looking for helping hands. Believe me, participation in such an activity together will bring in even more commitment and compassion towards the fundamental vision and mission of our foundation. I personally would like to be part of first such AGM where we give not just money but time and effort to the society.
Once again, a big, warm welcome to each of you. Let’s keep being the awesome alumni crew we are and keep lifting each other up!
Cheers, Prashant Joshi
